Biography

Justin Rea is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master’s degree in Accounting and over 10 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Justin leads a team at J.R.R. CPA & Associates dedicated to helping small businesses stay organized, compliant, and financially confident.

Over the course of his career, Justin has worked with clients across a wide range of industries, giving him a broad, practical understanding of the financial challenges businesses face — no matter their size or sector. This experience has shaped his approach: clear, accurate bookkeeping that gives business owners the clarity they need to make informed decisions and focus on growing what they’ve built.

Justin founded J.R.R. CPA & Associates with a simple belief: every business owner deserves financial clarity without the stress of managing the books themselves.

Outside the office, Justin lives with his family in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
